Neil is a Trainer, Assessor and Quality Assurance Manager with a background in Construction Plant and Civil Engineering. Since leaving the Royal Engineers, Neil continues to work as an Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance manager for QCF qualifications. He is a Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) Tester and National Plant Operators Registration Scheme (NPORS) Instructor/Examiner.

Neil’s experience of working with and leading operatives on projects in a range of environments has enabled him to deliver training courses which have been tailored to meet the needs of each client.

Chris is an experienced effective trainer, assessor and coach with a background in the construction industry, management and health and safety sectors. He has successfully achieved his Diploma in teaching in the lifelong learning sector (DTLLS) as well with being a qualified NVQ assessor and CPCS Tester. Chris believes in the potential of the individual and is committed to the personal development of competence and confidence to see them progress. He takes a creative and innovative approach to his work and believes in tailored learning and integration to meet individual needs.
